Returns

We offer a store credit, we do not provide money-back for returns.  We must be notified by clicking the link below within 5 days. We must receive the item within 10 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase or if we do not receive the item within the 10 days given, we cannot accept your return. Depending on where are shipping from, the time it may take for the item you may vary.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items with tags removed and/or detached will not be accepted. Must include all items listed in description (i.e. dust bag, box, inserts)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75 please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and a tracking number will provide additional security.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When the item is approved a store credit shall be issued.
